International projectmanagement
In the training International Project management we map all the different aspects of the project organization and identify the potential pitfalls and opportunities from a cross-cultural point of view. For many project leaders and teams the most challenging aspects are: internal and external communication, decision-making processes, leadership, planning, compliance and relationships with local suppliers and governments.
The participants learn to recognize the cultural aspects at play inside and outside of the local project organization and to develop a culturally effective project plan and personal approach. The training outcome and recommendations can be registered in a company-specific “International Project Monitor”, to be used as a checklist for current and new projects.
